Emotions and Anger Management

At Dandii Boru School, we believe that nurturing emotional intelligence is just as important as academic growth. To support our students’ social and emotional development, a special training session on “Emotions and Anger Management” was organized for our Grade 4 students on Monday, November 03, 2025.
The session aimed to help students understand their feelings, recognize different emotions, and learn healthy ways to express and manage anger. Through interactive discussions, role-playing activities, and short videos, students explored common situations that trigger anger and practiced strategies such as deep breathing, counting to ten, and using words to express their emotions calmly.
Our facilitator, Ms. Dina, guided the students in identifying personal emotional triggers and encouraged empathy by helping them understand how their actions affect others. The training also emphasized the importance of self-control, positive communication, and problem-solving in building stronger relationships with peers and family members.
Overall, the session was engaging and impactful. Students participated enthusiastically and shared their reflections on how they could apply what they learned in their daily lives. This initiative is part of our school’s ongoing commitment to fostering emotional well-being, resilience, and positive behavior among our learners.
