About the Role:

Dandii Boru School is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and
qualified Student Psychological Counselor and Therapist to join our student
support team. This role is vital to promoting students’ emotional and mental
well-being and ensuring they receive the care and guidance needed to succeed
both academically and personally. You will play a key role in identifying
challenges students may be facing and providing the tools and support systems
to help them thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide
  individual and group counseling for students facing emotional, behavioral,
  academic, or social challenges.
• Assess
  students’ psychological needs and create tailored support and intervention
  plans.
• Deliver mental
  health workshops and wellness seminars for students, parents, and staff.
• Collaborate
  closely with teachers, parents, school administrators, and other staff to
  support student well-being.
• Respond to
  crises with appropriate interventions and follow-up support.
• Maintain
  confidential and detailed documentation according to professional and
  ethical standards.
• Advocate for
  student mental health within the school and help build a culture of
  empathy, inclusion, and emotional intelligence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or
  Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a
  closely related field (Master’s preferred).
• Valid license
  or certification to practice counseling or therapy in educational or clinical
  settings.
• A minimum of 2–3
  years of relevant experience for Master’s Degree and 3 – 5 years for
  Bachelor’s Degree holders, preferably in a school environment.
• Strong
  interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with
  children and adolescents.
• Demonstrated
  ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues with maturity and
  professionalism.
• Excellent
  command of English, both written and spoken.

  About the Role:

  Dandii Boru School is seeking a visionary and results-driven Online
  Class Director to lead the school’s digital learning department. The ideal
  candidate will bring a strong foundation in education, digital curriculum
  development, and technology integration. This leadership position involves
  managing instructional planning, selecting and training online teachers, and
  ensuring high-quality virtual learning experiences aligned with modern teaching
  methodologies.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the
    strategy and operations of the school’s online and blended learning
    programs.
  • Oversee curriculum
    development tailored for digital delivery in line with national and
    institutional standards.
  • Collaborate
    with subject heads, teachers, and IT/ICT teams to plan, design, and launch
    high-impact online lessons.
  • Select and
    train competent educators for online instruction.
  • Monitor
    instructional quality and propose continual improvements to teaching
    approaches.
  • Promote and
    integrate innovative teaching methods like project-based learning and
    flipped classrooms.
  • Ensure
    effective use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Google

  Qualifications & Requirements:

    years of experience in online education management or academic
    leadership.
  • Proven track
    record in digital curriculum design and teacher support.
  • Familiarity
    with educational technology and digital content platforms.
  • Strong
    organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to
    collaborate across departments and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent
    command of English, both written and spoken.
