Yenatera Hosts Experience-Sharing Session on Substance Abuse and Adolescent Behavior
At Dandii Boru School, we believe that real-life experiences can be powerful teachers. Recently, our 9th, 10th, and 11th-grade students took part in an insightful experience-sharing session organized by Yenatera, a nonprofit organization committed to youth empowerment.
One of the most impactful moments of the program was hearing the personal story of the speaker, who bravely shared his own experience with substance abuse. Through his journey, he highlighted the severe consequences of drug use and the struggles that come with it. His message was clear and cautionary—avoid harmful substances and break the cycle before it begins.
Beyond substance abuse, the session also addressed adolescent interpersonal behavior, emphasizing how certain choices during these formative years can shape future opportunities.
Students were encouraged to reflect on how their relationships, habits, and decisions influence their academic and professional paths.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Yenatera for facilitating this meaningful discussion. By learning from real-life experiences, our students are better equipped to make informed choices that will positively impact their future.
