Last Friday marked an exciting milestone for our middle schoolers as our 5th and 7th grade students took part in the final round of the 2025 Spelling Bee Competition. This event, which concluded a year-long journey of classroom and school-level contests, showcased not just spelling mastery but also the resilience and confidence our learners have built throughout the year.
Spelling Bees at Dandii Boru are more than just competitions. They are opportunities for students to grow under pressure, think quickly, and develop poise in front of an audience. Our learners have spent months preparing—challenging themselves and encouraging one another to push past their limits. By the time they reached the final stage, every participant had already earned a badge of honor.
While the competition concluded with a few names called as winners, we hold firm to our school’s belief: all our kids are winners. The courage it takes to stand up, spell out, and stay focused under pressure is a victory in itself. Through this event, our students not only improved their vocabulary but also gained life skills that will serve them in every area of their future learning.
We are incredibly proud of every 5th and 7th grader who participated—and grateful to the teachers, parents, and coordinators who made this final round a memorable success.
